Hannah Mello, M.Ed.
 (she/her) journeys with individuals, teams and organizations through change and transition. She brings 22 years of experience in brand and organizational identity and development. Hannah is interested in adult education and training–having earned a master’s degree in the topic, with a specialization in human resource development. She has been trained in the arts and human-centered design, socio-cultural communication and professional coaching. Hannah integrates her passion for holistic connection into every conversation and initiative. She engages people and projects through CAMBIO and Common Cause Collective.
